Mark Stangler started the agency in 2002 with one basic objective – Always act in the best interests of the client with no exceptions…ever! Our reputation for being trustworthy and providing an unmatched level of customer service has allowed us to grow our agency almost exclusively through the referrals of satisfied clients.

Mark started the agency in 2002. Prior to that, he was an Avionics technician for Northwest Airlines. He grew up in Apple Valley, Minnesota and currently lives in Lakeville. Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and solid Midwestern values it’s no wonder the insurance business is such a great fit!

Tiffany Uran
Agent
Tiffany joined the agency in 2010 after working for Farmers Insurance. Her knack for customer service, marketing, and the ability to incorporate technology into the agency has a great deal to do with our success. In fact, she plays such a vital role that the obvious outcome was for her to become part owner in the business. Tiffany grew up in MN and enjoys time with her kids, yoga, and the outdoors.

Steve Steinhagen
Agent
August 8, 1964 – October 29, 2022

Steve was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa and moved to Minnesota in 1985 where he built a loving family of 7. He was active in the Lakeville community, and loved by all who knew him. Steve got his start in the insurance business in 2010. Prior to that, he spent 13 years in the auto industry doing everything from service, finance, and sales. As an all-around family guy, he spent much of his free time involved in his kid’s sports and activities. Steve will always have a special place in our hearts.

Amy Edwards
Agent
Amy is originally from Casper, WY where she started her insurance career. She now lives in Northern MN with her son. Amy has been providing insurance services on and off for the past twelve years. She is excited to continue her insurance journey with Willow Insurance Agencies and building new relationships with our clients. In her spare time, she focuses on her son, and getting muddy creating ceramic sculptures.

Yesica is originally from El Salvador. She has a background in marketing and has extensive experience in customer service. When Yesica isn’t working, she enjoys hiking and spending quality time with her family.
