A qualified referral must meet the following requirements:
- They must let us know they were referred by you the first time they contact us for a quote.
- They must provide all of the necessary information needed to provide an accurate quote including a copy of their most recent insurance policy declarations page which shows their coverage limits and options.
- They must not be a current or former client of Willow Insurance Agencies, LLC.
- They must reside or own property in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Arizona, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Colorado, or Texas.
- They must request a quote for auto, motorcycle, boat, home, condo, renters, or term life insurance.
